With over 27 years of experience in systems integration, application development, telecommunications and general systems consulting, Randy has developed his ability to deliver technology solutions that are aligned with our client's business objectives. He is a BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), OSP specialist and Microsoft Certified Professional. Randy also has extensive project management and business management experience. In addition to being a husband and proud father of four daughters, Randy is
involved in the development of high technology in Hawaii through his affiliation with such
organizations as the Association of
Information Technology Professionals and the
Hawaii Telecommunications Association. As a member of
BICSI, Randy was also a contributing editor to BICSI's 4th edition of the Customer-Owned Outside
Plant Design Reference Manual.
Vickie has over 28 years of business and customer service experience. Early in her career, she worked in the insurance industry. Starting in clerical positions and working her way up through the ranks into underwriting and account executive positions. After leaving the insurance industry, Vickie worked with a local airline carrier for eight years. In addition to her organizational role and responsibilities with Puka Enterprises, Vickie is a Realtor-Associate® with Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. Vickie is the mother of four lovely daughters and also commits some of her free time to volunteering with local community organizations.
Technical Team
Cedric proudly served our country with the United States Navy. During his tenure with the Navy, Cedric received extensive training and hands-on experience as a Cryptographic Maintenance Technician. After ten-years in the Navy, Cedric settled down in Hawaii to make his home. In Hawaii, Cedric continued to work in the military sector, with Government Contractors. Working as Network Management Center Operator and later as a Controller and Analyst at DISA, Cedric expanded his knowledge and experience in the field of network management, security and transport systems. Cedric is working on-site at Ft. Shafter, Hawaii as the Resident System Support Specialist (RS3) for the I3MP Network. In this role, Cedric supports the Army personnel in supporting the new high-speed network of switches, routers, SONET and DWDM equipment.
Dean proudly served our country with the United States Air Force during the Vietnam conflict. Following his honorable discharge from the Air Force, Dean enlisted with the United States Navy, where he serviced his country for another ten-years. His career in the Navy was highlighted by a record of consistent advancement based on demonstrated technical and leadership capabilities. After leaving active duty, Dean continued to serve in the United States Naval Reserves as an aviation electronics technician and flight crew member. Dean's continued to expand his technical abilities as a lead engineer with Hewlett Packard, as the co-founder for Cellular One and as the co-founder of the BlueBonnet.net Internet service provider. Before moving to Hawaii, Dean worked for the United States Navy as an electronics technician and equipment specialist. Since relocating, he had been working with the Hawaii Army National Guard as the Electronic Security Systems Program Manager. Dean is working on-site at the Pohakuloa Training Area on the Big Island of Hawaii as the Resident System Support Specialist (RS3) for the I3MP Network. In this role, Dean supports the Army personnel in supporting the newly installed high-speed network of switches, routers and wireless equipment.
